The Story behind the Identity

The identity for Burj Al Alam features a stylized hexagon that depicts the tip of the blossoming flower. The hexagonal structure also resembles a diamond - the ultimate symbol of inner strength, persistence, aspiration, luxury, richness and success.
At another level, the six distinct demarcations pay homage to the Six Sigma process of business improvement. This leverages the brand's value and enhances the vibrancy and dynamism of the Tower.
The individual segments in sades of grey inside the circular grid symbolize globalization and the collaboration of ideas towards a common goal. The blank areas with the grey undertones speak of total transparency in business ethics, complementing entrepreneurial spirit and dynamism.
Rising up to 108 floors, Burj Al Alama aspires to be among the top 10 buildings of the world for the next 20 years. It will offer corporate offices, a high-end shopping plaza, the world's highest 5-star hotel, the world's highest restaurant and hotel apartments, as well as the world's first roof top spa at a height of over 480 metres.

Location
Business Bay will be a new 'city' within the city of Dubai and will be created as a commercial and business cluster along with a new extension of the famed Dubai Creek, extending from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road.
Covering an area of 4 million square feet, the new initiative will feature facilities such as office and residential towers set in landscaped gardens interspersed with a network for roads, pathways and fascinating canals. The ambience will be designed to add to the magnificence of the project and provide a highly conducive environment and infrastructure for businesses from around the world that wish to establish their local, regional and international headquarters at Business Bay.
Dubai's Business Bay will be similar in nature to Manhattan or Ginza, which are the business centres for the cities of New York and Tokyo. In the past the prosperity of Dubai depended heavily on the Creek, the first phase of Dubai's incredible transformation into a regional hub began with the dredging of the Creek in the 1970's. It is expected that the new extension of the Creek will mark Dubai's entry into the global business cities' league.
