The weather in the coastal regions of Morocco is sunny virtually all year round - very similar to the Costa del Sol. The average temperature in summer is 29°C. Direct flights from major European cities to nearby Oujda, Nador and Melilla Airports are planned. From Melilla Airport it is a 45-minute drive to Saidia across the Moroccan border. Alternatively, Oujda, the largest town in eastern Morocco, is about 50km south of Saidia, and Royal Air Maroc operates direct flights between Oujda and Paris, Marseille, Brussels, Amsterdam and other Moroccan cities several times a week. There are also flights from the UK to Oujda via Casablanca. Taxis are available from Oujda to Saidia.
