Once you have signed and returned the contract with the balance of the monies we transfer the title deeds into your name and send them to you for signature.

When we have received the signed title deeds we then forward to HM Land Registry, who will send you your title deeds giving you legal freehold over you're plot(s), this usually takes 8 - 12 weeks.

Strategic Land sites
